Statement:
Our duty, as humanity, is to survive. We can only survive in conditions of peace. The United States, even with the best of intentions, cannot solve problems unilaterally.
My proposal is to create an International Organisation of Military Leaders to promote and guarantee peace for the entire world.
Organisation Objectives:
- Prevention of Conflicts.
- Prevention of Wars.
- Deployment of military resources to space exploration, to raise the intellectual potential of humanity.
The current state of international politics demonstrates that there are growing conflicts that demand the creation of a new, competitive international organisation with the aim of guaranteeing world peace. It is a matter of the highest priority that such an organisation be made a reality. So I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this with you as soon as possible. In the twenty-first century we must aspire to reach a higher level of civilisation and culture.
Krystyna Maria Wilczek.
Since the most precious commodity in this world is peace, we must have in place such an International Organisation as will be able to ensure the efficient prevention of conflicts and wars.
My research indicates that the best instrument to achieve the above aim is the military, so my proposal is to create an International Organisation of Military Leaders that will guarantee world peace efficiently. lt is much more intelligent to employ the military with this objective in mind, than to let them kill one another. This means serving creative, rather than destructive, forces, saving money and lives, and helping avert disaster. With time, we can eliminate the atomic bomb from our Earth.
The last War in Iraq alone is estimated to have cost $500 bn, this only deepening the world economic crisis. The Organisation of Military Leaders being proposed here could ensure economic stability at lower cost, to say nothing of the saving in lives and suffering. Equally, as it is clear that the world's problems cannot be solved unilaterally by the United States, the organisation in question needs to be agreed upon right now.
I am Swiss and Polish. The Swiss know well how to assess the absolute value that is peace. In turn, Polish scientist Marie Curie-Skłodowska would never have revealed her discoveries, had she known that they would ultimately serve humanity's self-destruction.
Our target is the joy of life. The diversity of nations, ways of thinking, cultures and languages are the riches of humanity, therefore we need to protect all national identities; and maintaining stability and peace all over the world is the priority and global aim for us.
I therefore appeal to World Leaders and Heads of State to give swift consideration to these ideas, so that a first Congress can be convened in the nearest future, with the aim of establishing a new International Organisation that guarantees world peace, within which NATO will form an integral part. NATO, as constituted at present, divides, while the organisation I am proposing will unify the whole world.
A feature that unites all human beings is a desire to invest in the lives of the new generation. The time has clearly also arrived for us to create a new International Organisation of Military Leaders to guarantee world peace. For the first time in the story of humankind, we will be using the military to prevent war, and thus be ascending to a higher plain of civilisation.
Dear Sirs and Mesdames,
The geopolitical situation calls for the creation of an International Organisation that would be a Guarantee of Peace for the Entire World.
I have conducted research in many countries, which have had a strategy of conflict. And I have come to the conclusion that the optimal solution to all problems is the creation of an International Organisation of Military Leaders to Guarantee World Peace. NATO will form an integral part of this Organisation, whose objectives shall be the prevention of conflicts and wars, and the employment of the military resources for space exploration to raise the intellectual potential of humanity.
The Organisation will be created democratically. Military Leaders will set forth conflict strategies and the choices and consequences that are the history of nations. After a Congress, the Organisation will be created officially. Royalty, Heads of States and Government and Presidents will be invited as guests of honour. The Congress will conclude with a Peace Ball.
The above is an outline of the project. In order to bring about the formation of this Organisation most effectively, I would like to solicit your help with, and possible financial support for, my work.
It is very important in the light of present-day world events that a World Peace Organisation such as the one I have proposed be formed rapidly and efficiently.
I would be very happy to meet you to discuss the particulars, in order to establish Committee Membership for the Congress. Areas of discussion would also include the concept of a Peace Bank to help countries develop following conflicts or catastrophes.
Yours truly
Krystyna Maria Wilczek
A few words about myself
My father ran the famous Żywiec Brewery until the family moved to the Baltic coast, where he ran the Gdansk Brewery. In Gdansk, I attended primary and high school, then completed my studies at the Technical University, with a Master’s Degree in Polymer Chemistry in Lodz.
From Lodz, I went to ETH Zurich, Switzerland, and received my Doctoral Degree in Organic Chemistry at EPF Lausanne.
Meanwhile, for intellectual pleasure, I took postgraduate courses at Haute Etude International in Geneva. I have since participated in many important meetings at the United Nations. I speak 6 languages. For me, the only motivations are wisdom and beauty.
After gaining experience in the Swiss chemical industry, I decided to devote my intellectual fortune to the benefit of humanity, and to search for an Organisation that could offer a Guarantee of Peace for the Entire World.
My Professor of Physical Chemistry had been a personal assistant to Marie Curie-Skłodowska, and I learned from her how to apply extremely high ethics in science for valid purposes. This has led me to consider that the time has come to use nuclear energy for the exploration of space, where humanity has unlimited resources available.
Peace is our desire to invest in the lives of the new generation, isn't it?
